This Agreement (“Terms of Service”) governs your relationship with Wild Pluto Sp z o.o., located at Obornicka 29/1U, 02-953, Mazowia, Warsaw, Poland (“Wild Pluto” or “We” or “Us”). Your use of Wild Pluto games, websites, or related services (“Service”) is also governed by our Privacy Policy and other posted policies (collectively, “Policies”).

1. Acceptance
• By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• Any use outside this scope is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions
• Some parts of the Service may require a recurring subscription fee.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (or the applicable platform) to charge your payment method on a periodic basis.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or platform tools; however, no refunds are provided for unused periods unless required by law.
5. Fees and Purchases
• You may purchase virtual goods or currency (“Virtual Items”) with real money.
• These Virtual Items have no real-world value, are non-refundable, and subject to license limits.
• Prices and payment methods may change.
• All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or platform policies.
6. User Content
• “User Content” includes all communications and materials you share via the Service.
• You grant Wild Pluto a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for any purpose related to the Service.
7. Conduct
• You agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, disrupt the Service, or infringe others’ rights.
• We may remove or modify any content violating these rules.
8. Termination
• Wild Pluto may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or other lawful reasons.
• You may stop using the Service and terminate your Account at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Wild Pluto disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wild Pluto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
• You will indemnify and hold harmless Wild Pluto for any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
12. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
• Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Warsaw, Poland, unless otherwise specified by an arbitration clause.
13. Changes
• We may modify these Terms by posting updated terms.
• Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
